Key Responsibilities:

A) The Operations Support

·       Support logistics processes including warehousing, transportation, packaging, and inventory movement — with an understanding of basic compliance (e.g., transport safety, customs documentation).

·       Monitor and track shipment status, assist in resolving issues such as delivery delays or cargo discrepancies, and work with internal teams for smooth escalation.

·       Maintain accurate inventory records and support coordination with 3PL partners or warehouse teams.

·       Assist in preparing shipping plans and documentation for finished goods (including import/export shipments).

·       Work with the planning team to support demand forecasts and communicate customer order requirements.

B) Coordination & Communication

·       As a lead logistics liaison between internal departments (production, planning, sales) and external customers to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery.

·       Communicate urgent order requirements clearly to internal teams and follow through until resolved.

·       Provide regular updates to customers on shipment progress or delays where necessary.

C) Data & Process

·       Support routine logistics reporting, including basic cost tracking, packaging usage, and inventory status.

·       Assist in vendor invoice checking and help monitor performance indicators for logistics providers.

·       Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes — including packaging planning, inventory flow, and system accuracy

Job Requirement:

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.

·       Min 5 years' or above experience in logistics coordination or warehouse/transport operations.

·       Able to communicate in Chinese (spoken and written).

·       Detail-oriented and dependable; able to work across teams and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.

·       A positive team player with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
