Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Thai to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our Thai-speaking customers, helping them resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience with our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner via phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms in Thai.
  • Provide product or service information, resolve complaints, and address any customer concerns.
  • Assist customers in navigating our website, processing orders, or troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex or escalated issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering personalized service.
  • Handle and process customer returns, refunds, or exchanges according to company policy.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings.
  • Participate in customer service training programs and team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Thai (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
