Job Descriptions:

  • Propose financing solutions and facilitate business matching to generate fee income and structure deals.
  • Conduct on-site visits, KYC assessments, and prepare credit proposals for submission to the credit department.
  • Manage assigned cases, ensuring timely completion, and guide junior staff.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to support business growth.
  • Monitor client performance and assist with collections as needed.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and client acquisition targets.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Japanese or overseas university).
  • B2B sales experience; exposure to energy efficiency, renewable energy, automation, or labor-saving solutions is a plus.
  • Strong financial and marketing skills (Japanese Bookkeeping Level 3 preferred).
  • Proven record in achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Proficient in Japanese and English.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (mainly to Penang and Johor Bahru).
