POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong consultancy skills and proven project experience. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships across industries. You will also proposed tailored solutions to clients while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
- Act as a consultative partner to clients, providing insights and tailored solutions that address their unique business needs.
- Lead and manage project work, ensuring timely and effective delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand opportunities within their networks.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong background and proven strength in consultancy and solution-based selling, with the ability to design and deliver tailored business solutions.
- Solid experience in managing and contributing to project work, including cross-functional collaboration and client-facing project delivery.
- Experience in international trade, import/export, logistics, government and regulatory compliance work, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Business Development.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results and ROI at local, regional, or national levels.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the impact of decisions on sales, profitability, and long-term strategic goals.
- Highly confident and capable of building trusted relationships with customers across industries, including senior executives and key commercial decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Performance Metrics include Revenue Growth, New Business Development, Client Retention & Satisfaction, Project Delivery Success, Pipeline Management and Market Engagement
