We're looking for motivated team players to join Law Chambers of Vin Sa & Ian in Johor Bahru as support staff — two vacancies are available.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and filing.
- Draft bills and prepare financial records.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties when required.
- Liaise with internal staff and external parties on billing and payments.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a law firm is an advantage but not compulsory.
