Planning


• Manage and control business growth by providing professional services and advice to clients for

creating the highest prospective business opportunity returns to NSW.


• Establish plan to works in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales

support and marketing personnel and operations team to create and achieve the sales targeted.


• Diagnose client needs, collect relevant data, and handle comprehensive feedback from client.


• Established effective communication plan to ensure relevant and importance information from the

clients are shared within NSW to meet the project needs and requirement with success.

Organizing


• Host virtual, physical internal and external client meetings to resolve project issues.


• Organize and manage client feedback, project matters via relevant system such as Infinity, NSW

server ... etc


• Constructively manage and execute task with priorities to meet deadlines with effectiveness and

efficiency.


• Maximize the exposure of NSW business into marketplace by striving to exploit comprehensive

resources for expanding public awareness of NSW branding and products.

Leading


• To be the change agent to lead and support the change and transition of the business in the area of

the sales and marketing in the organization.


• Cultivate encouraging relationship with business partners by providing informative and optimism

business forum conducted by stakeholders, constantly excite and give impetus for keeping business

momentum and up growth.

Staffing


• To lead and coach other internal team members to be able to work as an effective team member to

meet NSWVMV.

Controlling


• Establish time control with useful tools to control and manage routine and ad-hoc clients' meetings

and request to meet their needs and obtain satisfaction.


• Prepare and generate project Gantt Chart and/or various reports with effective visual data to ensure


• Maintain highest professional ethic in providing prompt and comprehensive response and supports to

clients.
