Your day-to-day:

  • Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation – Identify, assess, and select reliable suppliers that meet KAISON's quality and cost standards
  • Negotiation & Cost Optimization – Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure the best value for the company
  • Supplier Coordination – Ensure smooth and timely delivery of products, while resolving any sourcing-related challenges
  • Market Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends to discover new products and innovations that align with KAISON's brand
  • Collaboration with Product Development – Work closely with the design team to ensure sourced products fit KAISON's vision
  • Record Management – Maintain accurate supplier agreements, product specifications, and sourcing records
  • Sales & Product Analysis – Review sales reports to identify trends, bestsellers, and underperforming products for better sourcing decisions

You are ideal candidate because:

  • Proven experience in Sourcing/Procurement field. Preferably candidate with experience in retail, home decor or related industry.
  • Ability to have strong negotiation and communication skills to build lasting relationship with suppliers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects
  • Able to speak/write fluently in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Passionate towards the brand, product, and job.
