JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Capable to close full set accounts and prepare financial report in timely manner.

  2. Familiar with the process flow of doing inter-company transfer, bank reconciliation, payment vouchers, debit/credit notes, invoices, journal vouchers and etc.

  3. To liaise with auditor, tax consultants, government agencies and banks.

  4. Prepare payment through internet banking.

  5. To coordinate with the relevant subsidiary/department for monthly inventory count and reconciliation exercise

  6. Year end audit preparation.

  7. Excellence knowledge in Microsoft Office & Google Suite especially Excel & Google Sheet and SQL Accounting Software System.

  8. Monthly bank reconciliation (matching bank statement with the accounting system record)

  9. Coordinate with the management team in preparing financial forecasts, budgets and cash flow management.

  10. Responsible for day-to-day Account operation in execution & including to monitor cash flow update on daily basis.

  11. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

  12. Priority from construction, property & retail industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • SPM, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience prefer in construction industries and able to do a full set of accounts.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required skill (s): MS Office, Google Suite, SQL accounting system will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Melayu & English internally and externally
  • Able to work as a team and build a good working relationship with management and employee.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
