Job Scopes :

  • Manage the Investment Operations and Settlement team in managing daily transaction-related matters.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions and execution instructions to Fund Houses.
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external partners on operational and compliance matters.
  • Supervise and guide team members in handling queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist senior management in system enhancement and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare regulatory and management reports, and respond to ad-hoc information requests.
  • Coordinate and monitor corporate action events as advised by Fund Houses.
  • Drive automation and standardization to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Requirements :

  • Relevant experience in Wealth Management, Fund Operations, or Investment Settlement.
  • Good knowledge of investment products such as Unit Trusts, Bonds, Equities, and Structured Products.
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements (SC, BNM, FIMM) and reporting standards.
