About the role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at EPENERGY SDN BHD, who are Renewable Energy of Solar PV EPC Contractor & Investor. In this full-time role based in Glenmarie, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales strategy and achieving our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  2. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
  3. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining strong relationships with customers
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies
  6. Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  7. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or consultative role, preferably within the energy industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  3. Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  5. Strong organisational and time management skills
  6. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
