This role also includes handling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring financial records are accurate and compliant with regulations, and preparing financial reports and statements. Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily transactions: Process accounts payable and receivable, handle invoices, and record payments and refunds.
  • Track financial data: Monitor and track all business expenses and reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions and reporting comply with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Prepare financial reports: Assist with preparing monthly account summaries, ledger balances, and other financial reports.
  • Support internal and external inquiries: Serve as a point of contact for financial inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with budgeting and audits: Help with budget preparation and monitoring, and provide support during financial audits.
  • Handle payroll: In some cases, may be responsible for managing the company's monthly payroll.

  • Data processing: Proficient in fast and accurate data entry and computer applications.
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Problem-solving: Ability to analyze and integrate data from various sources and take initiative.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables and charts.

Job Type: Permanent
