Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist pilgrims during departure and arrival
Handle check-in, baggage, and flight coordination for Umrah groups
Support operational tasks and Umrah course arrangements
Based at our office in Seksyen 13, Shah Alam — with duties at KLIA when required
Requirements:
- Background in Tourism, Umrah Management, or Hospitality
- Experience in operations or ground handling is an advantage
- Good communication skills, flexible, and able to work beyond office hours when needed
Location: Seksyen 13, Shah Alam
Position: Full-Time
