Accounting and Operations Staff

The Accounting and Operations Staff is responsible for supporting the Finance and Operations Manager in ensuring the company's financial integrity and operational efficiency. The role includes assisting with accounting, payroll, licensing, and administrative tasks to maintain compliance and streamline day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Support:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Assist in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
- Prepare and process employee payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain payroll records, including attendance, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations related to payroll.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of government remittances (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc. — if applicable).
- Assist in the application, renewal, and monitoring of business licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with government agencies and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Maintain a database of company permits and renewal schedules.
- Support day-to-day operations including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Help monitor and update operational data and reports.
- Participate in improving workflows and efficiency within the department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting, operations, or administrative support.
Skills:
Knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (SQL)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
