We are looking for passionate, outgoing individuals who have extensive experience in events to come on board as Senior Event Executive or Event Manager depending on experience.

  • Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements
  • Produce detailed proposals for events (for example, event concept, venue suggestions, activities, budgeting, timeline, and manpower needs)
  • Wow clients with your problem-solving skills, creativity, fresh perspective, and flawless execution of events
  • Manage the event team assigned to each project
  • Oversee budgets
  • Manage clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Negotiate with suppliers and third parties
  • Manage and coordinate with suppliers and third parties, and all event logistics
  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams to publicise and promote the event
  • Manage all pre-event planning
  • On-site event day briefing for all staff, crew, suppliers, clients
  • Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your team
  • Quick on your feet and able to manage any crisis on event day
  • Oversee with the team on the dismantling and removal of the event materials, and clear the venue efficiently
  • Produce post-event evaluation
  • Maintain client relationship
  • Business development

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or any related field
  • At least 4-5 years in coordinating events. Experience in the service industry will be considered
  • High level of English language proficiency written and verbal
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office i.e Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
