Role Overview:
As the Senior Events Executive, you will spearhead the planning and delivery of high-impact corporate events and vacation programs. You will take ideas from concept to execution, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure each event reflects the company's strategic goals and delivers memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of events and vacation programs, ensuring seamless delivery and meaningful experiences.
  • Maintain and develop events calendar to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the team on translations and ensure accuracy in all materials.
  • Develop creative gift concepts and manage the sourcing, production, and presentation process.
  • Provide on-site support and hands-on coordination for events when needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and purchase processes efficiently.
  • Research and evaluate venues and destinations, presenting insights to guide decision-making.
  • Schedule and document meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring follow-up actions are clear.
  • Monitor budgets, track spending, and prepare insightful reports for leadership.
  • Assist in executing event strategies that align with broader business objectives.
  • Analyze event outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent, with at least three years of experience in events, programs, or related fields.
  • Candidates with MLM, insurance, or related corporate event experience preferred.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
  • Self-starter who can manage responsibilities independently while collaborating effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented approach, fostering collaboration across functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
