Anora is one of Malaysia's fastest-growing innovators in solar PV insurance, energy-storage protection (BESS), rooftop PV protection, and mobility-related insurance ecosystems. As we expand nationwide, we are looking for a Marketing & Growth Officer to drive both brand visibility and sales growth.


What You'll Do

  1. Marketing (Branding, Content & Awareness)

  2. Develop consistent branding across all Anora product lines

  3. Create marketing materials: brochures, pitch decks, product sheets, videos, and social content
  4. Manage website, LinkedIn, digital campaigns, and analytics

  5. Convert technical concepts (solar, BESS, insurance) into clear and compelling stories

  6. Growth (Sales Activation & Revenue Support)

  7. Support leadership and the sales team in driving customer acquisition & revenue growth

  8. Build and manage a sales funnel for all Anora products
  9. Develop targeted outreach campaigns to installers, developers, corporates, and potential partners
  10. Prepare proposals, business cases, and sales presentations
  11. Track growth metrics: leads, conversions, activations, revenue contribution

  12. Strengthen relationships through campaigns, engagement, and event

  13. Campaign & Launch Execution

  14. Lead marketing and growth campaigns for new product launches

  15. Coordinate joint campaigns and initiatives with external partners

  16. Prepare marketing kits for roadshows, expos, workshops, and industry events

  17. Sales Enablement

  18. Maintain sales decks, FAQs, case studies, and technical explainers

  19. Provide fast, structured support during sales cycles
  20. Build a repository of success stories and real-world use cases

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years' experience in B2B marketing, sales support, or growth roles
  • Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills
  • Ability to manage funnels, conversions, and basic analytics
  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders and presenting ideas
  • Proficient in Canva / PowerPoint (Adobe bonus)
  • Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, technology, or insurtech is an advantage
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-driven
