Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable:
     Handle invoice processing, payment tracking, and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure smooth accounts payable and receivable operations.
  • Daily Accounting Operations:
     Review and verify accounting entries for accuracy, ensuring proper debit and credit allocations.
  • Financial Accuracy:
     Review and verify accounting entries, ensuring correct debit and credit allocations.
  • Payment Processing:
     Manage payment processing, ensuring adherence to deadlines and company policies.
  • Report & Document Review:
     Examine financial reports, documents, and expense claims for accuracy and compliance.
  • Error Identification:
     Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records efficiently.
  • Compliance & Audit:
     Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • System & Data Management:
     Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QNE systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience
     in accounting or finance (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
     and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • High attention to detail
     with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
     and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
