2. HR Operations
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or internal databases.
  • Process payroll inputs, attendance records, and leave management.
  • Assist with benefits administration (healthcare, insurance, etc.).
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation.
3. Employee Relations
  • Support employee engagement activities and communication initiatives.
  • Address routine employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Help resolve workplace issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
4. Performance Management
  • Assist managers during performance review cycles.
  • Track appraisal timelines and follow-ups.
  • Support performance improvement plans where required.
5. Compliance & Policy Management
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbook.
  • Support audits, statutory filings, and compliance documentation.
6. Training & Development
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning sessions.
  • Maintain training records and support development plans.
