Job description

  • Prepare documentation for shipments, including delivery orders, shipping labels.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, regularly updating stock levels, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Support inventory control through regular stock checks and audits.
  • Coordinate incoming shipments and outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Verify received goods for accuracy and quantity; ensure any discrepancies or damages are reported and resolved.
  • Accurately enter and update information in the SAP.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all transactions, including receipts, purchase orders, and shipping records.
  • Generate and maintain reports on inventory, shipments, and procurement status for the supply chain team.
  • Communicate with internal departments (e.g., production, finance) regarding order status, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education
    : SPM / Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    : Prior experience in supply chain, inventory management, or logistics preferred.
  • Skills
    :
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
