global Medical Devices MNC
with a wide range of
medical and surgical devices
across consumables and equipment. While they have a large global team of
over 40,000 employees
, the Asia market is still a developing region with high growth potentials. The company comes with a strong heritage with

more than 20 manufacturing sites worldwide
. Due to aggressive expansion, they now have a
new headcount
to bring in a
Regional Product Manager
for their
Wound Care and Operating Room Consumables
portfolio.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the
Sales & Marketing Lead
, you will play a crucial role in leading
full product lifecycle management
, including initiatives for
new product development
and improvements based on market demand. You will
develop & execute comprehensive marketing plans
, including the product positioning and pricing strategies. As they work with channel partners regionally, you will provide
sales enablement support
and train distributors' sales team to effectively promote the assigned products. While they have a wide range of product portfolios, you will focus on either the
Advanced Wound Care or Operating Room Consumables
(Drapes & Gowns).

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with
5 – 10 years
of
regional product management / marketing
experience within Medical Devices sector. You will need to have strong experience and knowledge of
Wound Care
and/or
Operating Room Consumables
portfolios. Having some regional experience in SEA will be an advantage.
