Responsibilities:

  • Multiple working locations (KL/Penang/Johor)
  • Greet and engage walk-in guests promptly to create a welcoming environment.
  • Understand guest motivations, purchase timelines, and interests to build detailed customer profiles.
  • Provide tailored product education and experiences based on guest needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all brand products, services, and local EV incentives.
  • Support sales growth through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and promotional efforts.
  • Collect customer contact details and schedule test drives for qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system to support sales and delivery tracking.
  • Follow operational policies and procedures to meet customer needs and business goals.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service is required.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about innovations in personal transportation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet critical business deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts and business needs.
