Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service.
  2. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Foster and cultivate relationships with interior designers, fit-out contractors, and property owners.
  4. Update clients with the latest product catalogs and provide samples as needed.
  5. Conduct product presentations and address client inquiries.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  8. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  10. Provide excellent after-sales service to address any site complaints promptly.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in any field of studies.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in B2B / B2C sales.
  • Ability with conducting product presentations and confident in interacting with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, positive attitude, innovative, self- motivated, responsible and able to handle stress.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Possess own transport.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Interior design or out-fit interior industry.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications in sales or business.
