Leading the development and execution of online marketing and communications plan, activities as well as new business direction including CRM, mobile apps, consumer research and data analytics.

Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Accountable for driving sales, brand strength and relevance, market share and margins.
  • Working closely with the operations and production teams; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with timely and appropriate information, engagement, tools and POS materials.

Marketing

  • Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/ communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
  • Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organization; for strategic market planning; market research programmes; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
  • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan
  • Organize and direct marketing and strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programmes are reviewed.
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements
  • Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
  • Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team. Monitor progress and submit performance reports

Advertising & Promotion

  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's publications
  • Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.

Customer Service


•       Monitor and manage customer feedback from all channels (e.g. website, emails and social media)


•       Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; advising the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure effective resolution


•       Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents


•       Generate monthly reports for management review


•       To perform any other duties as may be designed from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and increase sales.
  • Active communications skills-written and oral.
  • Responsibility for sources- Time Management, Physical Asset, People and Finance.
  • Generating teamwork and lead by example through effective management skills.
