  • Assist in managing new joiner onboarding and offboarding.

  • Engage in asset management, office management, and employee engagement activities.

  • Plan and execute annual and monthly company events and celebrations, including holidays, birthdays, and employee anniversaries.

    策划并执行年度与月度公司活动和庆祝活动,包括节日、生日及员工周年纪念。
  • Responsible for researching and procuring event-related items, gifts, and refreshments on a monthly and yearly basis to support employee engagement initiatives.

    负责每月及年度的活动相关物品、礼品及茶点的调研与采购,以支持员工参与计划。
  • Handle daily administrative duties, including the procurement and inventory of office supplies, coordination with vendors, and oversight of facility maintenance.

    处理日常行政事务,包括办公用品的采购与库存管理、供应商协调及设施维护监督。
  • Maintaining and organizing digital and physical files, documents, records, and reports for easy retrieval.

    维护和整理电子及纸质文件、档案、记录和报告,确保便于检索。
  • Enter and update required information promptly into relevant databases and spreadsheets with meticulous attention to detail.

    及时、准确地在相关数据库和电子表格中录入和更新所需信息,注重细节。
  • Purchase airline tickets, book hotels, and arrange transportation for employees on business trips.

    为出差员工预订机票、酒店及安排交通。
  • Manage access to the shared server by creating login credentials for new employees and promptly removing access for departing staff.

    管理共享服务器的访问权限,为新员工创建登录账户,并及时删除离职员工的访问权限。
  • Issue monthly announcements based on various administrative needs, including public holidays, company environmental information, anniversary and birthday announcements.

    根据行政需求发布每月公告,包括公共假期、公司环境信息、周年纪念及生日公告。
  • Workstation assignment (prepare computers/stationery bags/access cards for new employees one day before joining).

    工位分配(在新员工入职前一天准备电脑、文具包及门禁卡)。
  • Set up email accounts and related configurations for new employees in advance.

    为新员工提前设置电子邮箱及相关系统配置。
  • Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply).

    拥有人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学或相关专业的文凭或学士学位(欢迎应届毕业生申请)。
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    熟练使用 MS Office 办公软件(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)。
  • Good verbal communication and written skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa.

    具备良好的中、英及马来语口头与书面沟通能力。
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin is required to support communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

    需具备良好的中文读写与口语能力,以支持与中文使用者的沟通与协调。
  • Proven experience in human resource or administrative role, preferably within a multi-site or multi-departmental responsibility.

    具有人力资源或行政岗位相关经验者优先,尤其是在多地点或多部门环境中工作过者。
  • Organized, discreet with data, able to multitask under tight timelines.

    做事有条理,重视数据保密,能在紧迫的时间内处理多项任务
