About the role

Apex Digital Dental Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team in Mutiara Damansara, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in supporting the growth and development of our dynamic organisation. As a key member of our HR function, you will have the opportunity to contribute to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and retention.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new talent
  2. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the company's strategic objectives
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, such as performance management, employee relations, and compliance
  4. Coordinate and deliver training and development programmes to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce
  5. Assist with the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related tasks
  6. Continuously monitor and improve HR processes to enhance the employee experience and drive operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
  4. Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for detail
  5. Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
  6. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
