KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Act as the Head of the Electrical Department and ensures that Sunway Lost World of Tambun follows the required standards set by the Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
  2. Ensure the safety and compliance of switchgears, cables and transformers through meticulous oversight and maintenance.
  3. Swiftly respond to breakdowns and restore power supply, showcasing your technical prowess during regular hours and on-call periods.
  4. Lead the charge in upgrading plant equipment from planning to procurement and implementation.
  5. To prepare maintenance schedule for the electrical equipments, rides control, motor starter and facilities.
  6. Contribute your insights to electrical expansion projects and manage third-party electricity supply requests.
  7. Guide and inspire a team of electrical supervisors and technicians, fostering growth and excellence through effective management.
  8. Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality by ensuring adherence to ISO Integrated Management System standards and safety regulations.
  9. To conduct departmental morning briefing on scheduled working day.
  10. Performs other job related duties as instructed by superiors.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Holder ofElectrical Chargeman B0 certificiation issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • Minimum of FIVE YEARS of relevant work experience and THREE YEARS of management skills.
  • Experienced in high voltage electrical systems to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Proficient in LV & HT switching.
  • Knowledge and experience in Amusement Parks rides, water slide and pool maintenance.
  • Knowlege and experience with JKKP inspections procedures.
  • Thrive in a team environment while efficiently managing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Possess a valid driving license and enthusiasm for site visits to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Possess a good interpersonal skill while interacting with guests, patrons and employees.
  • Able to work under a minimal supervision and able to produce maximum productivity.
  • Must be able to work in shifts whenever required on Weekends and Public Holidays period to cater on the business needs.
