ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a proper and organized filing system, ensuring all documentations are up to date and in file, both hardcopy and softcopy.
  • Performing daily operational accounting duties.
  • Handling full set accounts (e.g.: bookkeeping, journal entries, analyses and reconcile bank statement) and timely submission of management account for audit schedules.
  • To prepare commercial documents to vendors and claims (e.g.: process payment; prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheque).
  • To handle all day-to-day Accounts Receivable, Billing and General Ledger activities.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and other regulatory requirements.
  • Handle and prepare GST/SST return and submission.
  • Coordinate and liaise with other departments on all accounting matters and resolve queries/problems that arise.

Requirements

  • Candidate must Possess professional qualification – Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Experience in SQL (Accounting System) or other cloud accounting software will be an added advantage.
  • Required skill(s): Computer literate, Microsoft office (word & excel).
  • Available immediately or within short notice, full time position.

SALARY RANGE (RM2,500 - 2,700)

Contract of employments - 1 YEARS CONTRACT
