Job Summary:

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations & Production Executive (Production) to support daily production activities, ensuring smooth workflow, consistent product quality, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, manage inspections, and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Operations & Workflow Management: Oversee daily production activities according to company SOPs and quality standards. Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams to align production priorities, minimize downtime, and ensure smooth process flow.
  • Product Inspection & Return Management: Manage the inspection process for returned or defective products, ensuring accurate categorization, documentation, and coordination for rework or replacement. Support event or campaign product preparations through product sorting, packing, and quality checks.
  • Equipment & Technical Support: Operate and maintain production equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with maintenance or service providers for timely repair and calibration. Ensure all tools and machinery comply with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce wastage. Maintain a safe, organized, and hygienic production area in accordance with company policies and hygiene standards.
  • Coordination & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production runs, material usage, and product returns. Prepare brief operational reports and provide feedback for management review. Ensure clear communication across teams for seamless operations.
  • General & Ad Hoc Duties: Provide support for operational projects and other production-related initiatives as assigned by the superior to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Production Management, Operations, or related field (Diploma with relevant experience considered).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production or operational environments (preferably FMCG, retail, or manufacturing).
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, equipment handling, and material management.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in the HQ office located at Section 15, Shah Alam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
