Location: Jalan Gombak / Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact between customers and the workshop team.
  • Greet customers, understand their service needs, and provide professional advice.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
  • Update customers on job progress and obtain approval for additional repairs if needed.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure excellent after-service follow-up to maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum SKM/ Diploma/ Degree in Automotive/Business or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the automotive service industry is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, service software).
