Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation.
- Support the office team in organizing and maintaining records, reports, and inventory lists.
- Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
- Assist in monitoring office supplies, arranging orders, and ensuring proper stock levels.
- Prepare simple reports, update databases, and ensure documents are accurately maintained.
- Provide general support for day-to-day office operations and workflow improvements.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Management, or related field.
- Basic understanding or interest in administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Strong attention to detail with good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with the team.
- Possess a positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving license and have own transportation for office errands or occasional site tasks.
