Key Responsibilities


• Identifying and qualifying leads through various channels and ensuring they meet

specific criteria for sales engagement.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers

to understand their needs and preferences.


• Working with other teams to optimize the process, including lead generation,

nurturing, conversion, and closing.


• Tracking key metrics, analyzing sales performance, and identifying areas for

improvement.


• Collaborating with marketing, product, and other teams to align on business goals

and strategies.


• Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities

for additional sales.

Key Requirements


• At least 1-2 year's experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a

conversion-focused environment.


• Familiarity with customer management and
sales methodologies
best practices.


• Strong track record of achieving sales goals/maintain strong customer relationship.


• Possess strong interest working in financial markets.


• Fluent in Mandarin & English (written & spoken). We are seeking candidates

proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
