Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Klang for a Senior Executive in Admissions. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing the admissions process, overseeing enrollment pipelines, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to prospective families. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal departments, organizing admission events, and providing timely updates to stakeholders. The role requires engagement with parents and guardians, responding to inquiries, and assisting in administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Experience in admissions, enrollment management, or related fields
  • Administrative skills, including record-keeping, coordination, and attention to detail
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools relevant to admissions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the education sector or admissions in an international school setting is a plus
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
