Company Overview

We are looking for a highly independent and creative professional to lead our marketing and event functions. This is a one-man ARMY role, where you'll manage both areas with full ownership and creative freedom.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies (digital & offline).
  • Create engaging content for social media, advertisements, and campaigns.
  • Manage brand presence across platforms and ensure consistency.
  • Analyze campaign performance and propose improvements.
  • Maintain & handling corporate gift / door gift and T-shirt.
  • Work with management to align marketing goals with business direction.

Event Coordination

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute company events end-to-end.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Handle event budgets, logistics, and timelines.
  • Ensure creative event concepts align with marketing objectives.
  • Provide post-event reports and analysis.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in both marketing and event management.
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills.
  • Independent, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Strong creativity with hands-on execution ability.
  • Knowledge of design software (Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) is an advantage
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
