Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements.
  • Conduct system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software reliability.
  • Identify, record, and track software defects, coordinating closely with developers for timely resolution.
  • Analyze test results, report findings, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support in preparing documentation such as test reports, release notes, and user manuals.
  • Assist in research and improvement of testing processes, including exploring automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and, when required, engage with clients on software quality matters.
  • Perform other related QA or documentation tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or development (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Understanding of software testing processes, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Familiarity with testing and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of black-box and white-box testing techniques.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and analytical skills.
  • Able to collect, analyze, and present data effectively.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Interest in continuous learning and improvement of testing practices and tools
