Our client is a diversified technology and financial services company that develops solutions for the financial industry. They provide a wide range of services such as secure cloud services, regulatory tech, and financial infrastructure etc. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for Partnership Manager and the position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business partners such as banks, fintech, merchants, e-commerce platforms, regulatory bodies, technology providers etc
  • Work as a team to develop and execute partnership strategy for the firm to achieve business goals
  • Involve in strategic plan that drives the growth of business in different areas such as payments, digital money, regulatory tech etc
  • Participate in commercial discussions and negotiations with the partner stakeholders
  • Keep track of the market and industry trends to identify strategic partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their business needs and execute strategic initiatives
  • Other ad-hoc duties related to strategic and partnership plans

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business and other disciplines
  • At least 6 years of experience in strategy planning, partnerships, partnerships, business development, corporate planning experience
  • Industry experience in Fintech, payments, SaaS, banking, digital financial services, Information and Communications Technology etc
  • Proven experience in structuring and negotiating commercial deals
  • Motivated, collaborative, business mindset, entrepreneurial
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
