Affiliate Program Management
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, influencers, and creators.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance; optimize based on data insights.
- Provide affiliates with marketing assets, promotional materials, and ongoing support.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and affiliate program terms.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with brands and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate on co-branded campaigns, cross-promotions, and collaborations.
- Track partnership performance and optimize for ROI and engagement.
- Develop customized partnership packages for high-value partners.
- Grow and nurture an engaged brand community across social and owned channels.
- Initiate conversations, respond to inquiries, and strengthen brand–consumer relationships.
- Organize online/offline activities (live sessions, forums, meetups).
- Identify and empower brand advocates and micro-communities.
- Track community health metrics and optimize retention strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue, and engagement.
- Apply data-driven strategies to optimize affiliate and content initiatives.
- Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Implement A/B testing to maximize performance.
- Coordinate affiliate-driven promotions and product launch campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Communicate findings to internal teams to ensure alignment with goals.
- Work with marketing, sales, and product teams on campaign alignment.
- Support promotional strategies for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Highly punctual, disciplined, and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Strong ability to independently manage daily operations and campaign workflows
- Sharp judgment in selecting and evaluating high-quality creators/KOLs.
- Proven experience managing professional relationships with creators and partners.
- Knowledgeable in TikTok trends, algorithm behavior, and viral content formats.
- Proficient with TikTok Shop, Affiliate Center, AMS tools, and creator marketplace systems.
- Skilled in full-cycle KOL campaign execution: sourcing, briefing, monitoring, and analysis.
- Strong negotiation skills for deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
- Analytical and data-driven; able to interpret metrics such as views, ER, CTR, conversions.
- Solution-oriented in handling creator issues, delays, and inconsistencies.
- Creative thinker with strong ability to develop content angles aligned with brand identity.
General Requirements
- Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or content operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be able to work on-site, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm.
- Work location: Emhub, Kota Damansara.
