Our client is seeking an Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Architect Intelligent Agents: Design and build sophisticated AI agents using Python/Java that think, adapt, and solve complex problems independently.
  • Master AI Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into existing systems, creating end-to-end workflows that bridge human needs and AI possibilities.
  • Craft AI Conversations: Develop prompting strategies that unlock the full potential of Large Language Models, enhancing human-AI interactions.
  • Engineer Robust Solutions: Build maintainable, scalable AI systems that perform flawlessly under real-world pressure.
  • Optimize and Innovate: Continuously improve AI performance and push the boundaries of what's possible, directly impacting business outcomes.
  • Lead AI Evolution: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, bringing fresh innovations to the team.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Software Development Experience: 3-4 years of mastery in Python/Java development.
  • AI Project Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on AI project experience.
  • ML Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts with practical model development experience.
  • NLP and OCR Skills: Experience with NLP frameworks and OCR tools such as Tesseract, EasyOCR, PaddleOCR, or cloud APIs.
  • LLM Proficiency: Skills in LLM and prompt engineering that produce consistently impressive results.
  • Technical Fundamentals: Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles.
  • API and Cloud Experience: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud deployment.
  • Solution Architecture: Experience in solution architecture design is a significant advantage.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A detective-like approach to complex challenges and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Thrives in agile environments and works well in teams.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication within the team and with clients.
