Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia for a Tele-appointment Admin. The Tele-appointment Admin will be responsible for scheduling and managing appointments via phone calls, providing administrative assistance, and supporting the customer service team with inquiries and follow-ups. Additionally, the role includes data entry and maintaining accurate records of appointments and client information.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
- Experience in Administrative Assistance duties
- Proficiency in computer applications and data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Minimum Qualification with SPM
