Job Description:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and fax
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or senior staff for further resolution.

Remuneration Package: RM 9,000 - RM 10,000

Working Location: Sunway Visio Tower, Lingkaran SV, Sunway Velocity, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.

Shift Office hours: Office hours

Working Day: 5 days' work with 2 days off. Off days on rotational basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9, RM10,000.00 per month
