Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales department with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, processing orders, issue Invoice and Delivery order and tracking shipments.
- Coordinate communication between departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent service.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure product information is up to date.
- Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handling Receiving and packing for order delivery.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Admin Assitant, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office, SQL Accounting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
