Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Subang Jaya. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales by understanding customer requirements, preparing and presenting technical solutions, generating proposals, and supporting the sales process. Additionally, the role involves providing technical support to clients, fostering strong customer relationships, collaborating with the engineering team for customized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to develop and present effective technical solutions.
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in providing Technical Support, coupled with problem-solving skills to address client concerns and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Knowledge of solar energy technologies, systems, and related industry standards is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic on-site environment.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Fluency in English and additional language proficiency is a plus.
