Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Job Scope
- Handle the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, employee relations, and exit processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels (junior staff, executives, and management).
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll manually, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDC contributions.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia Labour Law and internal HR policies.
- Liaise with government departments such as Immigration, JTK, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDC, and other relevant authorities.
- Apply for and manage foreign worker permits (EP, SP, and other relevant passes).
- Maintain accurate HR records, statutory documents, and employee files.
- Handle disciplinary matters, warning letters, and staff grievances professionally.
- Prepare HR reports, support manpower planning, and assist management in HR-related decisions.
- Perform other duties assigned by management beyond HR scope when required.
* Minimum 5 years HR experience in Malaysia.
* Able to handle full HR functions independently.
* Strong recruitment skills for all levels.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Willing to take on additional duties assigned by management.
