Transport Planner

Develop daily and weekly transportation plans and routes.

Assign drivers and vehicles based on orders, cargo volume, and vehicle availability.

Monitor transportation progress to ensure on-time delivery.

Maintain communication with customers, warehouse staff, and drivers, and handle unexpected issues.

Update transportation records, vehicle trips, and cost data.

Assist in improving route planning and dispatch systems to enhance transportation efficiency.

Ensure all transportation operations comply with company policies and safety standards.

Age 30+, Diploma or Degree (Logistics/Transport/Supply Chain Management preferred).

At least 3–6 years of transportation dispatch or logistics planning experience.

Familiarity with route planning, GPS tracking, and vehicle management systems.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Monthly performance bonus.
