Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Intern to support our HR Advisory division. The role focuses on validation of HR Q&A content and testing multiple HR-related chatbots to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of responses. This position is ideal for someone interested in HR digitalization, knowledge management, and AI-driven HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate HR advisory Q&A content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with internal guidelines.
- Test multiple HR chatbots to evaluate response accuracy, consistency, and functionality.
- Compare chatbot outputs and document findings, gaps, and improvements needed.
- Assist in preparing test cases and testing scenarios for HR advisory chatbot enhancements.
- Work closely with HR and technical teams to report bugs, inconsistencies, and improvements.
- Support HR documentation, data validation, and knowledge base updates.
- Assist with other HR tasks as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, IT, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Interest in HR digital systems, AI tools, or chatbot technology (training will be provided).
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
