About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Infrastructure Design Engineer and Highway Engineers to join our team at DNP CONSULT SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the design and development of critical civil infrastructure projects. As a Civil Infrastructure Design Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and innovative solutions to ensure the successful delivery of our infrastructure initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing detailed civil engineering designs for a range of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and other public works
  2. Conducting feasibility studies, site assessments, and engineering analyses to inform the design process
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, construction experts, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution
  4. Preparing technical reports, drawings, and documentation to support project delivery
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve design solutions
  6. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil infrastructure design, preferably in the consultancy or contracting industry
  3. Strong technical skills in civil engineering design, including the use of CAD software and analysis tools
  4. Proficiency in interpreting and applying relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  6. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  7. Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to work to tight deadlines
