About the Role

This role will be supporting sales operation of lifestyle consumer products such as Enabot and Libernovo at the retail store. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will greet and assist customers, provide detailed products information, ensure customer satisfaction, handle transactions, and maintain store operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide detailed information about products, features, pricing, and services.
  • Demonstrate products and guide customers throughout the shopping experience.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately.
  • Follow store SOPs and assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stocking, product displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Job Requirements

  • Open to candidates from SPM onwards. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven working experience in retail, sales or customer service.
  • Communication skills, positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work on retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
  • Parking allowance and product training is provided. Working location at The Starhill KL, Bukit Bintang.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
