About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, from daily transaction recording to financial reporting and audit preparation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, accuracy in data management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare payment vouchers after verification with DO and PO.
  • Captures all daily sales and ensure bank in sales proceeds.
  • Check & review daily cash flow, earmark bank payment & ensure sufficient fund available for the purpose.
  • Prepare and plan for cash flow projections and update to shareholders.
  • Ensure transactions are properly classified and accurately entered the computerized accounting system
  • Prepare and reconcile the accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Prepare journals, bank reconciliations and maintain Fixed Assets Listings
  • Prepare monthly & annual financial statements for management review and annual audit purpose. (all audit schedules & tax schedules)
  • Maintain and archive documents that are relevant for accounts, finance/bank annual reviews, tax and audit.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior/Senior Management team

Skills & Competencies

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of working experience handling full set of accounts or in audit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Applications, and accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
  • Experience in inventory control or project management accounting will be an added advantage.
