Job Responsibilities:

  1. Independently handle visa processing workflows such as document review and appointment bookings, and provide visa consultation and guidance, including completing forms, translating, and organizing documents.

  2. Responsible for visa submission, collection, interview arrangements, archiving, document organization, and passport distribution, while ensuring confidentiality and security of all materials.

  3. Keep track of and update relevant policies (including those related to China and Taiwan passport holders), and stay informed of the latest visa requirements and procedures to ensure applicants receive accurate, timely information and successfully submit their applications.

  4. Update and maintain the company's website content.

  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  6. Handle all MDEC compliance checks, visa applications, and declarations for all MSC companies.

Job Requirements:

  1. Good verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; strong written proficiency in all three languages is an added advantage.

  2. Candidates must possess at least Diploma

  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in visa-related work is preferred.

  4. Strong attention to detail, communication, organizational, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a clear and agile mindset.

  6. Experience with MSC-related processes is a plus.

岗位职责:

  1. 负责签证的送签、取签、面签安排、档案归档、整理及护照发放的工作,确保文件的保密安全性;独立完成签证材料的审核、预约等工作流程,提供签证咨询与指导,包括填写资料、翻译和整理等;

  3. 需要及时跟踪和更新相关政策(包含中国+台湾国籍送签相关信息),需要了解最新的签证要求和程序,确保申请人得到准确和及时的信息并顺利提交签证申请;

  4. 负责公司网站内容的更新和维护;

  5. 与内部团队进行跨职能合作,以确保项目的成功交付;

  6. 负责所有MSC公司的MDEC合规检查、签证申请和申报等事宜。

任职要求:

  1. 有签证工作经验2年以上者优先考虑

  2. 细节服务能力,沟通能力,组织协调能力,团队合作能力,承受压力能力

  3. 要有一定的中文/英文/马来文的口语沟通水平,三语书面能力强者优先考虑

  4. 具有良好的沟通能力和公关能力,工作思路清晰敏捷;

  5. 有MSC经验为优先
