Accounts and Admin Executive

Job functions
- To maintain full set of company accounts and finalization for annual audit
- To prepare invoice, payment and receipt
- Daily banking and monthly bank reconciliation
- Liaison with auditors on finalization of company statutory audit and resolve audit and accounting issue
- Liaison with tax agent and IRB on company taxation matters
- To monitor company cash flow and liaison with bank
- To prepare tenancy-related documents, correspondence and liaison with solicitors to facilitate the preparation, execution, and administration of tenancy agreements
- To monitor tenant deposits and rental payments to ensure timely collections and initiate follow-up actions for any arrears
- To monitor tenancy agreements/contracts for renewals and terminations
- To maintain up-to-date documentation and filing systems for easy reference
- To address tenant inquiries and assist on matters related to tenancy documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Experience
- 3 years working experience in maintaining full set of company accounts
- Working experience in commercial building leasing company preferred
