About the job :
Identify new sales opportunities, communicate and negotiate with clients, stay updated on medical regulations, maintain sales records, and analyze sales data to meet targets.
Accountabilities and Key Result Areas
- Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients, including healthcare professionals.
- Present company services and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent after-sales service.
- Arrange conferences and group events for clients.
- Attend industry events, trainings, and company meetings.
- Research competitors' products, pricing, and market trends.
- Submit quotations, invoices, payment vouchers, and claims promptly.
- Prepare sales reports and territory analyses for management review.
- Handle ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, medical office management, or related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Possess own car and a valid driver's license, enabling independent travel for client meetings and events.
- Demonstrated proven experience in medical sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare products, and relevant legislation to provide accurate and professional guidance to clients.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for reporting, presentations, and communication.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple clients, schedules, and tasks efficiently.
- Strong consultative sales skills, able to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, building trust and closing deals with diverse clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Independent, reliable, and punctual, with the ability to manage time effectively while traveling for work and attending meetings or events.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9 am - 6 pm)
